What is the ideology of Black Conservatives?

I grew up in the South with a lot of older Black moderate Democrats, but I never really encountered many Black conservatives, i.e., your CJ Pearson or Candace Owens. I had a debate on campus with another student about black conservatism. I'm of the firm belief that American Black conservatism stems from self-hatred, but then I thought about it, and I don't really know any black conservatives outside of the YouTubers.

If there are any black conservatives here, what are some of your core beliefs?

Name a combo, tec, or overall strategy from any Tekken game that demonstrated your opponents skill level. It can be good or bad.

In T7, Lee's gut polisher(d2) was a launcher. Now I never new this until I played another Lee who did it to me. Went to the lab to try and replicate it, never could. Every once in awhile I'd get lucky, but man playing a Lee who could pick that up consistently showed me there's truly levels to this game.

Honorable mention goes to being able to b2 loop on the opposite side( for me the right)

Are you satisfied with your character's T8 changes? And do you think T8 did a good job catering to casual and hardcore fans?

My T8 experience has been rocky to say the least. Went from 1k hours in S1, to maybe 20 in S2, to probably 10 in S3.

My main Lee has becoming such a braindead character it's so hard to enjoy his gameplay. I don't understand how the devs looked at a ch/keepout specialist and said " Let's give him an unreactable, damn near homing low, and a high unreactable ch launcher that's plus on block." And that's just a small bit not to mention b2 looping isn't a required skill for him anymore, and on top of all that in heat his just frames just auto complete themselves regardless of input.

I get that things have to be accessible to attract new players. However, why does it have to be THIS accessible? Was there no other way to simplify/improve the game without completely destroying specialist characters?

My mightbe future mentor seems racist from his Facebook post

So I'm 27, finishing up on my final two years of college for BSBA in Human Resources. Upon graduating, I will attend law school to pursue my goal of becoming a public defender.

During my fall semester, my local district public defender swung by my business law class to give us some lectures. I am pretty passionate about law, so I made a point to ask him as many questions as possible. I also asked if he had any use for a volunteer. He seemed intrigued and gave me his contact.

As of now, we have been discussing meetup times. Not sure why, but something caused me to look up his Facebook. Now we all say some pretty wild stuff online; however, I would not expect these comments from someone in his position. They are provocative and divisive for a community.

Tell me if these are not crazy:

  1. He is extremely pro-AI and data centers. He has several posts praising AI as amazing and calling people who disapprove dumb or misinformed. My favorite post and I'm paraphrasing, " AI is a profound technology, and I don't think a few parks or residential areas should limit its growth".

  2. He was openly calling for everyone to support America's 250th. He went on this tangent about how it's for everyone, and we should put aside our differences blah blah blah. Now this isn't the worst, just extremely tone deaf.

  3. Now the one who made this post is pretty wild. He was giving his opinion on the recent destruction of the 9th district in Memphis, and SHOCKER, he supports it. He poses the question, " Does anyone believe in a black district?" " What if the minority group doesn't want to be represented by black representation?" Then followed up with enlightening statements like " We should leave this notion of race in the past." He even closed it with the guy in the office's " Thank you for your attention to this matter".

I get it, I'm gonna have to deal with it, and I have when I was in the Army. The only fear I have is that ik I'm one to argue, and the older I've gotten, the less I can hold my tongue when confronted with BS. I worried about burning a bridge, but I'm also questioning this bridge's stability.

Tekken Guess showcases the main problem with T8

If you haven't had the chance, I'd recommend you go checkout tekkenguess.com. I had a blast playing it.

I went through about 20 matches and it's confirms what many "T8 haters" have been saying.

This game has made skill expression obsolete. I was looking at punishment, string recognition, composure, throw breaks, combos, spacing in the neutral, SS, etc.

It's so difficult to tell someone skill in this game. Now obviously beginner ranks were easy to identify, but once you got to blue ranks it was hard to identify a GOD from a Rajin. Also, the matches had the same feel. You can tell a lot of players go on YouTube watch some tutorial guides and that's their playstyle.

They really gotta do away with this system and bring back some character identity and skill expression

So I'm agnostic, but I've been having great debates with some of I've made friends on campus who are religious.

It caused me to look more into the Bible. One day I stumbled on Matthew 5:17 "not to abolish the Law but to fulfill it" ( not the whole verse). This verse blew me away because for years I've always went along with the idea that in the new testament Jesus fulfilled the prophecy which made the old testament obsolete.

After reading that verse, I researched how Christian interpreted that verse. Come to find out that it was Paul who came up with that Theory. I then read that Paul is supposedly an apostle that is often discredit because he spent the least amount of time with Jesus?

Is there other context I missing? I've been considering delving into Nietzsche's book "The Antichrist" were he argues Paul created a new religion, but I want to see the other sides points first
