I heard you want to run OEM oil in these machines but wow! I was expecting closer to $80.
What are you guys paying? Any alternatives?
I’ve been looking at some roles that appear to be P5 level based on the comp ceiling. One thing that shocks me is the 6% target bonus. I’m coming from what I would say is a lateral move title and base wise but my current target incentive is quite literally double!
Because of this a higher salary is actually a step back in overall comp.
Can anyone weigh in on this and does it ever get better? What do performance multiples look like on incentive? E.g. 0.80x - 1.80x?

While this is obviously positive for my career I can’t help but mourn the loss of my current boss and our outstanding professional relationship. Has anyone dealt with this before?
I’m looking for some advice on this in terms of how to make the most of it and handle it. I’ll likely still work closely with my current boss but our bodies of work will become more distinct.
My 2025 s1k. What’s your favorite feature on these bikes? Personally mine is being able to customize race pro mode for the bike to handle exactly how you want.
