Gaming Chair vs Office Chair for WFH

When I first started working from home, I bought a flashy gaming chair because I thought if people could game in it for hours, it had to be comfortable. After 7 or 8 months of sitting in it for 8 plus hours a day, my lower back started hurting pretty badly. I started realizing that gaming and working from home are not really the same thing. When I work, I’m typing, using a keyboard and mouse all day, and sitting more upright while trying to focus. When gaming, you can lean back more, use a controller, move around, and change positions however you want. Recently I switched to the Hbada E3. At first it felt firmer and not as soft as my old leather chair. It also took me a few days to adjust everything properly. But once I got it dialed in, it felt much better. My back feels less tired now, and long workdays are easier to get through. Now I kinda get that gaming chairs and office chairs are built for different things. Both can be good, but they fit different use cases.
