





Had this issue for the first time on Tuesday, contacted Depop support and they said it must be because mine or the buyer’s address/email/phone number’s were wrong and their solution was so refund them, relist and have them repurchase.
However I’ve shipped out 15+ items in the last two weeks with no issues, none of my information has changed and now I’ve had to refund 5 sales, had a buyer repurchase from the new listing, and it still gave me the same problem.
I saw on a thread from 2 years ago to use the label on the Depop email but I never received one for these sales! What can I do? Has anyone encountered this and been able to fix it?

EDIT: medicube pore pads won’t be added!! thanks to everyone’s advice i won’t be purchasing or implementing them due to also having azelaic acid in the routine
