I am requesting a manual investigation and removal of the Google Business Profile/listing for Massage Puerto Rico.

There appear to be multiple Google Business Profiles under the same “Massage Puerto Rico” business name across Puerto Rico, with hundreds of reviews distributed among the listings. These listings do not appear to represent separate physical businesses or individual massage therapy practices.

My concerns are:

• There does not appear to be a physical business location associated with these listings.
• I cannot locate a Puerto Rico business registration or business license under the name Massage Puerto Rico.
• The listings use different phone numbers, but direct customers to the same booking website, suggesting that these are not independent businesses at the locations represented.
• The listings appear to function as a centralized massage booking/referral service, rather than Google Business Profiles representing individual massage businesses operating at the listed locations.
• The number of separate location listings and accumulated reviews creates the appearance of a large network of locally established massage businesses, when the underlying booking operation appears to be centralized.

I am not asking Google to remove a legitimate competitor simply because it competes with my business. I am asking Google to verify whether these listings accurately represent eligible businesses at the locations shown and whether they comply with the Google Business Profile guidelines regarding business representation and eligibility.

Please conduct a manual investigation of the listing, including the related Massage Puerto Rico listings across Puerto Rico, their phone numbers, website/booking destination, business identity, and the locations represented.

I would appreciate escalation to the appropriate Google Business Profile team for review and removal if the listings are found to be ineligible.

Hey everyone! In the last 5 years of listing my practice on Google Maps, Google has suspended the profile 3 times now. I'm pretty sure I am being maliciously reported by another local business that has been terrorizing maps listings with multiple locations/bot reviews (most lmts have an average of maybe 50 total reviews, this company - maybe 5 listings now - anywhere between 100-400 on each listing.) and with this 5, if you can imagine, I've successfully had 2 removed. So that's down from 7!!!

I've reported them. Nothing. I've tweeted Google. Nothing. I've even hired them - untrained and unlicensed. Nothing.

Well, not nothing. My page keeps getting removed. I'm sick of it. Who has stopped giving a flying F about Google Maps reviews for visibility? I'm sick of never being able to speak to a human about this situation.
