Why is it so hard to get a GT3 in the game

I’ve been trying to pull just ONE GT3 car, but this game keeps giving me every random car except a GT3.

JUST GIVE ME A DAMN GT3 ALREADY.

Lancer Dealer vs Race Spec

both are different, the dealer version is less powerful and has one less gear meanwhile the race spec has a 6 speed gearbox.

I'm looking for a metal-bodied ball pen that can survive heavy daily use.

I do a lot of rough work and maths, hence the refill needs to be cheap.

I have sweaty hands, and the rubber grip on my Pentonic BRT starts rotating/spinning after a few refill changes, so I'd prefer no rubber grip or a well-built metal grip.

I don't mind spending more on the pen if the refills stay inexpensive.

Are there any good combinations (pen + compatible refill) that fit this use case?
