I've recently adquired the chitu system for my Bambu lab a1 mini and I'm having this issue in where sometimes the plate does not fall all the way down in one corner.
Not sure if someone else have experience this issue and how you solve it.

We've been looking for structural distribution advantages over our competitors, but so far we haven't found any obvious ones
One of my teammates said, “We're not good at consumer distribution.” I'm not sure I agree with that framing. My view is that consumer distribution usually requires executing the same core playbook: paid ads, referrals, influencers, partnerships, incentives, and consistent content.
Creativity can make those channels work better, but I'm skeptical that great content alone, without spending on ads, creators, bonuses, or other forms of distribution, can reliably take a consumer product very far
Do you agree? Or do you think some founders or marketers are genuinely capable of building successful consumer distribution with little to no budget?
