I bought my Killswitch from Best Buy so it didn’t come with a skin. I decided to order a set and I absolutely love them. Super fun. I love the texture and the look. I also got one for my daughter’s MacBook. Wish me luck on the install!

I just finished my first play through of Bionic Commando. I always struggled with the NES game, so I never really looked at this one. I’m so glad I did. Once I got the hang of it, it was a blast to play. the levels were fun, the story was good, and the music was fantastic. Highly recommended.

I did play with a ROM hack that saved the password so you didn’t have to put it in every time. I’d recommend that as well.

This started happening the other day and based on my research this is due to bad PPU or CPU chips. There isn’t a ton of information out there. I did go in and tried reflowing the PPU and CPU chips just to make sure and no change. This sort of behavior is consistent with every cart I try.

Can someone please confirm what I’m seeing? Is there anything else I can do aside from swapping the chips? Swap capacitors?

I just got done making these and I’m really pleased with how they came out. All of the labels were made my Matthewmods on Etsy.

MGS is the original pcb just in a new shell and custom label.

The Mega Man cart is one of those el cheapo flash carts and has all of the Mega Man GB and GBC games on it along with the DX romhacks and the Rockman versions. I originally was just going to make individual custom DX carts but ended up here and I think it’s pretty cool.

Ninja Gaiden DX is an amazing color romhack of Ninja Gaiden Shadow which is one of my favorite games on the system.

Embers of Mana is a full game conversion romhack of Final Fantasy Adventure that just came out a couple of months ago and it’s great.
