Exploring a plant based supper club concept

I’m exploring a small, globally inspired plant-based supper club concept in the Triangle — less burgers/bowls/meat substitutes, more creative vegetable-forward dishes and flavors from different cuisines.

I’m considering starting with a few very small pop-up dinners in Durham/Raleigh — around 15–20 guests, fixed menu, reservation only.

Curious: would anyone here be interested in attending something like this?

Heritage gift ideas

I am looking to find a gift for my sister who just delivered a baby, I don’t want to do the genuine registry stuff because my sister got plenty from her past pregnancy. I want to gift her something personal, that she can use and pass on. Something like a sterling silver that is good value for money too. Any recommendations?

I am tired of disposable gifting culture.

Where do you buy modern gold jewelry in the U.S.?

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to invest in a few modern gold jewelry pieces and realized I actually don't know where most people in the U.S. shop.

Where do you usually buy your gold jewelry? Do you prefer local jewelers, mainstream jewelry brands, or independent designers? I'm interested in contemporary, everyday styles as well as legacy pieces which can be passed on to.

IMP: \[\[ I'm **not** looking for luxury brands like Tiffany, Cartier, or Van Cleef & Arpels where a significant part of the price is the brand name. \]\]

Also, what do you think offers the best value for money when it comes to gold purity, craftsmanship, pricing, and resale value?

Would love to hear your recommendations and experiences. Thanks in advance!
