Is there any way to register for off campus hiring, preferably in MNCS

How can I get into EY and KPMG through off campus applications. Do they hire freshers when we apply through career portals. Have been applying and not getting back any response.

Is referral the only option !??

Recently interviewed for Associate 1 role on Tuesday. But haven't received any update still. I contacted the recruiter and asked for an update. He said he will check but also mentioned if I haven't received any mail from them it will probably be a rejection.
