For example, I have multiple shirts that are 100% cotton. But somehow some are kind of different, kind of coarse, and soft, having the the shoulders spread outwards, taking emphasis away from your shoulders, while there are some, that feel smooth/flat, look kind of harder/heavier? I don't know how to describe it well. And emphasise the upper body, neck and whoulders well, because it goes down, forming a roundness on your shoulders. But how do you name those different types? What exactly do I have to search for?

For a wide shouldered person, many clothes that fit, are just too wide and oversized for the lower part of the upper body. And it is also nice to find something that emphasizes the shoulders. I don't really know how to describe it but some clothes do this so well, make them look good and round while others are cut in a way that the line between torso and arms makes it look as if your shoulders already ended.

I am scared because someone said it might be dangerous and it would be stuck in them and melt the tooth, but I need to drink quite often. I could use water afterwards, but taking them out and in everytime yould be hard, especially with straps

He just always ist in a range where the opponents jabs, even if they would hit, are powerless, but then comes in with his counter using his whole body which is so fast. So if you stand in his range, it's a bad, if you let him walk you down, it's also bad and trying to walk him down seems impossible too, he always stands there with a low stance ready for power shots

Do you guys know other good fake to (fake to+) real throw sequences? Under my last post some said, in judo it's unlike (chain-)wrestling and you don't do stuff like that. Opinions? I once hit a fake uchi mata to sumi gaeshi on a high belt. I think saying "don't do this in judo" is not necessarily right.

I remember when I wrestled for a few months and my coach emphasized sequences and said that learning a sequence is worth way more than techniques. We see people in highest levels, let me give you an example of Merab as I assume most people know him. When he has a head outside single, he always acts as though he is gonna lift the opponent and then immediately runs the pipe. It is almost impossible to defend being lifted, without being vulnerable to a running the pipe throw. So one of them works and we see that even though his opponents know that he will do this as they saw his other fights, it's still successful. This is interesting. I remember then hitting a sequence on a guy that wrestled in another gym for many years and just took him down easily. And while talking, I realised they didn't have as much structure in their training as we did. No basics, no explanation of inside position and so on, so a few months of training made me beat him. Long story short, when it comes to judo, the only gym I have available reminds me of the wrestling gym my friend went to. I'd appreciate any sources on fundamentals, that really explai them short and simple and what in your experience or in competition stats are good sequences
