I am saying final 17 because I’m starting to realize how much I’m missing (especially when the competition is back to normal) YF, Pillow, Bottle and Snowball.

It also is the reason why I and maybe you think
TPOT 13-19 (minus 18 but that wasn’t even about the competition) the best run of episodes in BFDI history (imo)

This cast was so fun

I understand why Isles fans are mad at Tavares but I have seen more people say “reasonable” to isles fans than people calling them toxic.

Meanwhile, booing Marner has every other fanbase in the league saying “WORST FANBASE IN NORTH AMERICA” when both players left their team in similar ways.

Let me explain:

John Tavares:

Statement of staying in Long Island: John Tavares said he would stay in New York before heading to free agency.

Lied and Left: He didn’t stay and he went to of course, Toronto. To make it worse, he was the Islanders’ captain at the time.

The fans have been booing him ever since he left.

What did Mitch Marner do:

Rejected what would’ve been (at the time) the biggest contract in franchise history: He rejected the extension a few months before free agency when it literally would’ve been the biggest contract in franchise history, because he wanted MORE MONEY.

Rejected a trade to Carolina: Rejected a trade to Carolina which would’ve brought us Mikko Rantanen Who had an amazing playoff that season and (maybe) couldve brought us on a deeper run.

And we booed him in his return and will keep doing so for who knows how long.

But we are called “losers” because we booed the guy who looks like he wanted to stay. JUST LIKE TAVARES IN NEW YORK!!

what was reality?:
Cape Verde - Drew against Spain, who are in the WC Final + are currently Euro champions.

What “would’ve” been better:
Uruguay - was predicted to place 2nd, meaning they would play Argentina here, Uruguay are 3rd place in the most recent Copa America.

Round of 16:

what was reality?:
Egypt - placed 4th in AFCON, losing in the semis to the current AFCON champions Senegal.

QuarterFinals:

What was reality?:
Switzerland - decent team, beat Colombia in the round of 16, which was the team that topped Portugal’s group

Portugal - they were favourites.. missed out on a generational game

Messi stats in knockouts: 2 goals and 3 assists (possibly could be added vs spain)

Don’t get me wrong I love these guys but what would they do after the entire one and three thing ends.

#1: none of them should host season 7
1st reason is because it wouldnt be interesting at ALL.
2nd reason is because, well this is similar to the first reason but four hosted season 4 and two hosted season 5. Doing it for a third time would be mid

#2: What else would ANY of them do?
Now I’ll be honest, while making this I just remembered
The negative numbers from TPOT 23, I don’t know if they’re relevant in TPOT 23+1 which is very unlikely.
Anyways the negative numbers most likely won’t be important at all going forward which brings me back to the question. THERE IS NOTHING for them to do.

#3: What should they do?
After TPOT ends, they all go live in peace or just be around. Maybe make some cameos throughout season 7 but not be main characters

In my opinion, the two best players for us this season

I know ones a pitcher and ones a hitter so it’s hard to compare but who would you still say

Literally every character here is good imo and 3 characters on this team made the final 11

Pen: My favourite character in the entire series with a good arc going, sucks that the writers got sick of him after tpot 17 and ghosted him.

GB: Another one of my top 10 favourite characters and is probably the funniest character remaining in TPOT (NO ITS NOT MARKER)

TB: I haven’t been liking him a lot but not because he is a bad character, because he has been making it far in every season he participates but he’s still decent.

Eraser: another goated character in my top 10 who’s also funny he got eliminated too early in the season, I think he should atleast made the final 15.

Fries: ANOTHER character in my top 10, genuinely a good character in bfdia and unfortunately didn’t get much of a chance in TPOT.
Good news is Fries is a favourite to rejoin tpot

Puffball: I like this character a lot as well. Sucks that the writers set her up for elimination in bfdia. Still don’t understand how Puffball lasted 9 episodes in tpot.

TV: probably the weakest out of the 7 but lasted for 19 episodes. I still think he’s decent

Imo this is the most enjoyable team for me in not only tpot, the entire series

Last time I did this, I asked who should I do next and Screemu and Pixolotl tied with 3 votes but I chose Screemu because he is quicker to finish.
