I am looking for someone share the lease with me after my roommate moves out at the end of the summer. Starting September 1st I will have 1 bedroom available in a large 2 BD/1BA apartment with a great view. You would be sharing the space with me (female 29) who is very clean and respectful. Preferably this would be a 1 year lease.
Location: West Harlem near 127th and Fredrick Douglass Blvd. Just a short walk to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, and lots of bars and restaurants.
Cost:
• Rent $2047/month
• Security Deposit $2047
• Utilities (WIFI + Electricity) ~$100pp
Building features:
• Elevator (Apt is on 5th floor)
• Dishwasher
• Laundry in building
• Game room, Rooftop, Fitness Center
• ONLY 1 min walk to the subway (ABCD/express trains)
• < 20 min to midtown
*We are only accepting female roommates currently and preferably roommates without pets
