I (22f) was on a tube getting pulled behind a boat this last Saturday. I had no idea you were supposed to sit inside of it, so I was sitting on the edge. Long story short I hit the water and I felt like my asshole got ripped open. One of the worst pains I’ve ever felt. I was able to get back on the boat, and along with the pain I felt like I had to poop really bad. My friends said I probably just got water inside of me, but it truly hurt so bad. I got back to land and go to the bathroom and there’s quite a bit of blood. I was able to take a video to see what was going on down there, and I had a small cut and was super bruised. I went to the emergency room on Tuesday, cause I was still having pain, along with water still coming out of me. They told me I have a small anal fissure (that was the bleeding) but they don’t know why there’s still water coming out of me. They told me I’m probably fine and I’ll heal on my own but they referred me to a specialist as well. I made an appointment but the first opening they have is for July 31st. Now here’s what’s really concerning me. Every morning since my injury, I stand up out of bed and some kind of clear liquid (looks like water maybe a bit mucusy as well) comes out of me uncontrollably. And not just a little bit. It feels like I’m peeing myself. I’ve been wearing a pad everyday cause I continue to get some leakage throughout the day. And everyday when I go to the bathroom, I am able to poop small amounts at a time but I always feel like I can’t get all of it out. I constantly feel like I have to poop. Anyways yesterday and today I literally shit myself a little during the day while I was walking around. Thank god I’m wearing a pad. This is completely uncontrollable, and I’m super concerned something is wrong inside. I don’t know what to do because I can’t get an appointment until a month away, and it’s really affecting my physical and mental health
