Random question: Does anyone know why Masaki is so ticklish from her neck?

I remember reading about how a dog licked her neck when she was younger so now she is sensitive there, but I cant seem to find it now. I also remember finding a video of just her being ticklish there. I know there is a clip from the Volume 85 DVD Magazine of her reacting when Erina touched her neck. If anyone has a video or clip of her reacting when someone or something touches her neck, please let me know!
