Looking for Yoga & Running Buddies 🧘‍♂️🏃

Hey! I live near Sector 5, DDA SFS Flats, Dwarka, Delhi. I usually go to the DDA Park near SFS Flats on weekends & holidays for yoga and running.

Looking for people who'd like to join me for yoga, running. Weekdays are difficult because of office, but I’d love to have some company on weekends.

DM me if you're interested! 😊

Is S-VYASA University a good choice for B.Sc. in Yoga Therapy? Need honest reviews

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to take admission in B.Sc. Yoga Therapy at S-VYASA University, Bengaluru. I've heard it's one of the top universities for yoga, but I'd really like to hear from current students or alumni before making a final decision.

I have a few questions:

1.Is S-VYASA really a good choice if I want to build a long-term career in Yoga Therapy?

  1. How are the faculty and practical training?

  2. What are the hostel facilities and food like?

  3. How is the campus life and overall student experience?

  4. Are there good placement or internship opportunities after graduation?

  5. Is there good exposure through workshops, hospitals, research, or international opportunities?

I'd appreciate honest reviews—the good and the bad. It will really help me make the right decision.

Looking for Affordable Swimming Classes in Dwarka for Beginners.

Hi everyone,

I want to learn swimming in Dwarka, but most swimming classes I checked are quite expensive (₹4,000+ per month).

Can anyone suggest good and affordable swimming classes for beginners in Dwarka? I'm an adult beginner, so recommendations for coaches or academies with reasonable fees would be really helpful.

Also, does anyone know the latest swimming charges and temporary membership fees for Dwarka Sports Complex (Sector 11/17)? How much does swimming coaching cost there, and is it worth joining?
