Are we sure the lighttower gave as dates?

Hey guys,

are you sure that the lighttower gave us the dates of every cycles beginnig?

  • 1506
  • 1609
  • 1672
  • 1723 (or 1793)
  • 1752
  • 1864
  • 1883
  • 1931
  • 1978

If we take that for sure, we must rule out, that a cycle immediatly begins when another ended. Otherwise even a 1 year old child would have been 121 years old when the cycle between 1672 and 1793 ended. And that includes this particular person being the last one to die. It is not impossible, but is very very unlikely. Therefore I would rule out, that one cycle begins as soon as another ended.

And it also makes me doubting, that those dates represents the beginnings of the cycles.

How does Julies Storywalking actually work?

Hey guys,

I don't want to talk about how storywalking works logically. But I am interesting in how it will work for Julie in the future.

Do you think she will always have a seizure when storywalking and therefore depending on someone watching over her? Or do you think she becomes kinda independent?

I am also wondering if Julie needs to keep starting her storywalks from the same place. If yes, what is the place actually, that it does provide storywalking for certain characters?

Are we actually about to see "fighting scenes"? (Golem, Scarecrows)

Hey guys,

when I think about actual fighting scenes of golems and scarecrows, that came alive, I feel like that wouldn't really fit to from. From with all its mysteries hasn't been an absolute fantasy popcorn blockbuster, but gently put the supernatural elements into its world. And despite the monsters we haven't actually visually seen much fantasy creatures coming alive.

Do you think the scarecrows will actually come to a live?

Even if I think it doesn't fit from, I would much rather be disapointed at this point, if the attack of the scarescrows were just a vision or a dream someone of our township will have.

How do you think about that?

MIY - Has he endured evolutionary change?

Hey guys,

in the latest episode I noticed that we kinda saw a different side of the MIY. And I felt like we had him shown so different this time, that there could be a meaning behind it.

We experienced him kinda playfull, enjoying pulling strings and manipulate things and people.

This time he did appear as he doesn't given shit about those things. As if he was is a very early state of development. Maybe even unable to speak. Just driven by instincts.

Do you think the MIY developed to a higher being in fromville? Do you think we maybe didn't saw the man in yellow as the "entity" we mean when talking about him, rather than just the guy, he later disguised as?

Hey guys,

do you think that the imprisoned child was real or just a vision? As far as I can remember we have seen just those children that were sacrficed. They were always seen "free" and not imprisoned.

If it is an actual living child, why weren't there any measurements taken to free it? Especially considering the importance of children in the story.
