Had my first OB appointment today and they found the heart beat, but baby is measuring at 6 weeks. Oura ring has me at 7 weeks + 5 days and natural cycles at 7 weeks + 2 days. Doctor is concerned it is not progressing, but it could be I had a longer than normal cycle. Any insight is appreciated. Fetal Heart rate is also only 74 :(

Also noticing on the Oura that my heart rate is stabilizing, temperature is coming down and HRV is increasing :(
