Our requirements:

• Triple sharing preferred
• Budget: under ₹10,000 per person/month
• Safe and secure for girls
• Preferably CCTV, warden/caretaker and decent surroundings
• Clean room and washroom
• Food availability would be a plus
• Kitchen/cooking facility would be even better
• Walking distance from Capgemini is important

If anyone is currently staying in a good girls PG nearby, please suggest 1–2 genuine options.

Hi everyone, I recently received a Capgemini LOI for the Software Associate (A3) role. I have accepted the LOI, but I'm confused about one thing. My LOI only mentions the CTC (3 LPA + ₹25k one-time incentive) after onboarding. There is no mention of salary or stipend during the pre-onboarding training period. Can anyone from previous Capgemini batches please tell me if the pre-onboarding training is paid or unpaid? Did you receive any stipend during training, or did your salary start only after official onboarding?
