Why do Spiderman players think jeff is easy yo dive?

I keep hearing people telling me playing jeff against dive (especially Spiderman) is dumb or that jeff is a easy kill for Spiderman but I have never really worried abt dive on jeff so idk. Maybe it's a rank thing but if anyone knows how I should respond to these people it would be nice.

No matter what I try I can't seem it get my camera to work (Snapchat did load my front camera just not that back) I used my back camera Saturday with no problems and I use it normally this camera failed thing with the app is new is there anyway to fix this?
