Have any wizards gotten Yellow Legacy to work on the popular 3D Gen1ReComp?

That would be incredible! THE ultimate Pokemon Yellow Version experience!

Finally tracked one down! Dart Zone Max Stryker 2.0

Was a kid in the 90’s growing up but mom was never a fan of toy guns. Fast-forward today and I’m so far down this rabbit hole with no end in sight!!

This all started when our 6-year-old got her first loose tooth, and she swore up and down she wanted to shoot the tooth out with a nerf gun and some string. Knowing this would never work, we said what the heck and got a random 4-shot Fortnite hammer action pistol from Target to give it a try. Sure enough, it didn’t work. And now we got two adult children (myself and the lady) and one actual child in a house with only one Nerf blaster. That will never work huh.

One thing led to another. A $10 XShot Fury-X here or there, zombie target stands, and hours of YouTube video and Reddit threads later, I landed on this beautiful thing from 2024. The issue was then finding the discontinued blaster without paying an arm and a leg for it.

Ordered one from eBay recently and waited two weeks. Open the box and what do I find? Not a Max Stryker 2.0. Seller accidentally sent me a Nerf Galactic Commander. Now this may be a perfectly fine blaster, I wouldn’t know, but it wasn’t the thing I had obsessed over the last few weeks, so I packed it back up and sent it back. Waited til I found another listing pop up on eBay, bought it again, and finally it has arrived!

I got my lady the Pink Nexus Pro X2 (with the downgraded spring from the DartZone two-pack, making it incredibly pleasant for her to use), our six-year-old the pink Venom Pro (she was finding it hard to prime any full-size blaster), and of course I needed the big daddy drum mag green beast.

I have to say though, the Nexus Pro X2 has the most silent, tight, and satisfying “pooft” when firing. The Max Stryker 2.0 has quite the sprint rattle, or twang, after firing and it’s night and day. Makes it feel comparatively cheaper or less QC’d. Working on a way to reduce the rattle. Has this happened to anybody else? Any tips?

Otherwise, I love the look of this thing, the modularity, the much better height-over-bore compared to the Nexus Pro X2, and already have some sweet mods on the way.

Do you have the Max Stryker 2.0 and if so, what do you think about it!

Happy Shootin’!

Help me identify this track

Here’s a longshot. I’ve had a track stuck in my head for days now and can’t find it anywhere. I’m not a connoisseur but can appreciate DnB. So I can’t offer any more information other than the vocal sounds high-pitched almost chipmunk like it isn’t being sung or yelled, more like spoken.

“Da da da get(or take) what you want … (pause) …. You get(or take) what you want, you get(or take) what you need”

It’s been driving me NUTS

Sorry for the obligatory, new-car, ass-hat, parking job but I just want to take care of this thing as much as I can.

It took me a while to track down the exact spec I wanted, but once I did, I pulled the trigger. I searched endlessly for a 3.3 RWD (FL roads) with a white exterior and the black diamond-stitched Nappa interior. I came across a couple of Launch Editions, which were stunning, but the upkeep made me hesitate. However, once I saw the pearlized metallic Uyuni White in person, it was a no-brainer. I fell in love with this G70.

I’m absolutely shocked by just how much car you get for the price with some of these used models. Currently, as a public defender, my car budget was restrained, but I truly feel like I’m driving a car that’s more than worthy of a professional. Right there with the German autos. This has to be one of the best car values on the used market period.

It’s not CPO, but I paid just over $30k with 30k miles, and got CarMax MaxCare for the extended warranty.

I’m very excited to join the gang and now I point and smile whenever I see another G70 in the wild. Thanks for reading and happy driving.
