I didn’t realize how lonely trying to build a brand would feel

trying to build a brand while struggling financially is mentally exhausting because everybody online makes entrepreneurship look fast and glamorous.

meanwhile i’m over here trying to figure out packaging, content creation, bills, motherhood, healing, and how not to give up all at the same time.

some days i feel motivated.
some days i feel completely defeated.

but i’m still trying.

Today feels heavy and I'm trying to shake it

I usually try to stay positive and uplift others, but today is a tough one. Between a lack of sleep and the start of summer break, the exhaustion is really hitting me. I handle everything at home with very little help, and caring for my youngest, who has special needs, takes a lot of energy. I love having my kids home, but the reality of a long, stressful summer without a break is overwhelming today. I could really use some encouragement right now.

Any other women trying to rebuild their life softly instead of hustling aggressively?

Lately I’ve been trying to create multiple small income streams while also healing mentally and emotionally at the same time.

I spent a long time feeling stuck, exhausted, and unmotivated, so now I’m focusing more on building slowly and consistently instead of trying to “blow up” overnight.

Right now I’m experimenting with digital products, jewelry content, wellness/lifestyle content, and just trying to become more disciplined overall.

Has anyone else taken this softer, slower approach to rebuilding their life/business? What’s actually helped you stay consistent? 🤍

Anyone else struggling to get traffic to their digital products?

I’ve been building digital products like planners, affirmation cards, and soft-life themed content while working a regular job, but getting consistent traffic feels harder than actually creating the products.
I’ve been posting on TikTok, Pinterest, IG, and recently started Reddit too. Some content does okay, but converting views into actual sales is the hard part.
For people who sell digital products:
What actually helped you get traction?
Was it consistency, SEO, content marketing, paid ads, or something else?
At what point did things finally start moving?
Trying not to give up too early lol.

More young women should normalize building soft lives instead of pretending to already have one

I think a lot of young women want peace, stability, soft routines, wellness, and financial freedom… but social media makes it seem like everyone already has it figured out.

I honestly think more women should normalize building their lives slowly instead of pretending everything is already perfect.

Learning healthier habits, creating extra income streams, healing, building confidence, becoming more disciplined, creating cozy routines, learning content creation — all of that counts too.

I’ve been focusing more on that lately and it honestly feels more realistic and motivating than trying to look “perfect” online.

Does anyone else feel like soft life content should be more honest and beginner-friendly?
