Two weeks out from my first marathon and I just got a blister. What the hell do I do?

I still have one long run and then a couple easy/taper stuff left. This is my first marathon and I've been training so hard for it. This has really got me down and feel hopeless.

What can I do to give me the best chance on race day?

Spent more money then I usually do on the Mile Maker Mesh to get a nice shirt for my first marathon. I had high hopes. Tried it on in store and fell in love with how soft and light it felt.

Went for a 20km run and bled like crazy with insane chafing. I have never bled in any shirt before on a run of any distance. Gave it a cold rinse and got the blood out and chucked it in the wash. The shirt came out of the wash with orange streaks under the arms that won't come out no matter what I try. Figured I spent too much on the shirt to just let it go so went for a slow easy 5km later that week and again bled and chafed.

Definitely the right fit as it fits the same as all my other shirts from other brands. Never had a chaffing or bleeding issue with other shirts before.

Is this just a bad model or is this not normal? Wasn't expecting this from a brand so highly spoken of and recommended. Also doubt at this point I could get a refund for this so guess I have a new cleaning cloth or something.
