Hi guys I am struggling with ed from last 12 years
I am 33 now plus I am porn and masturbation addict for last 20 years plus heavy smoker for last 15 years
Then I went to a the doctor he told me that I have neurogenic ed plus mine urinary bladder is also damaged

So mine current Spl is 17.5 cm
Erect length is 16 cm
Girth will around 4.8-5 inch

Now I am scared that I may have severe fibrosis after this much years of smoking I am may lose a size of 1-2 inch as I have heard people have lose it

So I want to ask which one will be better tactra malleable implant or AMX 700

Also I have heard in IPP we can get extra length and girth

Please let me know does fibrosis will get me lose 2 inch in size ?
