Hey! I managed and run a small vintage shop in East Nashville. I have been putting on free concerts/ shows for our neighbors. But it’s been so hard to get the word out on what we are doing, and social media just doesn’t seem to be getting me anywhere.

Any advice on how to get people to actually show up and want to go to a free event!? I just want body’s in the space that’s all 🤣🤣 but I feel like I’m just missing something and I’m out of ideas.

I post on all social media platforms, including here. I post on the local community groups on Facebook. And I’ve done flyers in the past.. and it’s still not really working.

So I would love any input if anyone has any ideas. Thank you in advance!

Hello I am a 34 female, 5’7, and 215 pounds. I recently got rid of my car and have been riding an e-bike to work and back! It’s 2.6 miles with a 200 feet climb, and I’ve been trying to ride with a low assistants to really feel the burn lol.

What is the best way for me to change up my food habits to go with this new routine to see the quickest results in weight loss?

I’ve been trying a high fiber/ protein breakfast, not eating during the day, and then doing some sort of meat and veggies for dinner. And I’m working on not doing sweets, soda, or alcohol- have made it a week so far..
which I’m proud of!

Until these past few weeks I’ve never been one to exercise or really watch what I eat at all so this is all really new to me.

Any advice would be great appreciated!
