I am almost certain I have cubital tunnel syndrome from my sleeping position. I always sleep with my head on my arm with my arm bent overnight. I frequently wake up to my hands numb and elbows sore. The other day I carried a heavy bag of trash in my right hand and felt fatigue and a tingling electric type feeling in the middle of my right palm during and after carrying the bag. After I threw the trash away I continued to feel this sensation in my right palm and thought I had dug my fingernails into my hand but it lingered any time I touched that spot on my palm. This is such a specific sensation that has happened to me multiple times, but it’s kind of hard to explain. Has anyone else experienced this? Does this sound like it’s related to cubital tunnel?

I’m really confused by the whole roof rack situation. I didn’t get them installed when I first bought the car and I’m regretting it. How do I do the self installed one? All the ones I’m seeing you need to have the long rails already on there but apparently there are some you can install side to side? How do I find one and how do I know it’s compatible with my car?

I have had several pairs of low top and high top converse over the years and they’re super cute but my feet hurt sooo bad when I wear them. Some people even work out or play sports in them?
