Is the weapon banner worth it for my account?

I'm a returning player and have 160 pulls, 6 pity, 50/50. Should I pull for flins? If yes then should I also pull for the weapon banner?

Currently my relevant characters I use are

Team 1 - c2r3 cmc, c2r0 Odette, c3r0 Alyosha, c1 qiqi

Team 2 - c0r0 Ineffa, c0r0 Columbina, C6 sucrose, c3 fischl

Team 3 - NONE

so yeah my main problem right now is making a third team. I do have some left over characters though, but I don't think they're worth investing to make a 3rd team.

My leftover characters are as follow-

C0r0 ayaka

C0r1 xiao

C0r0 raiden shogun

C0r0 kokomi

C0r0 venti

C0r0 mualani

In terms of endgame feats I managed to clear abyss floor 12 and act 10 of imagenerium theather using those two teams. Stygian is still impossible for me since I need a 3rd team though.

110k dps with c2 Odette, is this the expected DPS? If no then what?

C2r1 CMC - 4pc disenchantment

C2r0 Odette - aquilla, 2pc atk/2 pc atk

C3 Alyosha - fav, 4 pc heart of furnace

As a Bineffa haver should I pull for flins or zibai?

I'm a returning player so those are my only relevant characters while the others are just fodder like raiden shogun. I have no Linnea and illuga. I'm tryna build a team right now since I have none. I'm also planning to pull Odette for stellar on the other side.

Should I just save? Maybe pull Rin or himeko nova?

I just recently returned to star rail after quitting because of losing the 50/50 for dahlia. So anyways, it seems star rail wants 3 teams for the endgame instead of 2, but 2 of my teams Firefly and Feixiao, the former lacking dedicated supports to clear the endgame while the latter is showing signs of aging as a 2.X DPS can't clear comfortably. The only decent team I have is the elation flagship, but that's only 1/3 teams I need. So now I'm contemplating pulling Rin to make an archer team or pull himeko nova and pair her with e1 tribbie/ sparkle/ dhpt. Or I could just save it out for now and wait for the missing piece of my elation team, because honestly I only have 42 pulls with guaranteed pity. Any advice you guys can give? I'm f2p btw so I can't whale it out.
