Was drumming for a metal concert a few days ago and my guitarist kept touching my shoulder, comparing heights, tried showing off his muscles for no reason. Called me sheepish ( wtv that means ) kept smiling at me, im still very unsure if i have any attraction to men but i cant stop thinking about him i feel super weird. Point is

I was playing siege, some dude was talking shit so i was insulting him (nothing too bad) and i got suspended for a month and a half, no warning, this was my first offense, seems a bit harsh? Cant even appeal it since its temporary anyone know anyway to get around it?
