I think that's enough Darkseid

Idea I had weeks ago about an AU of NG, where Orion was never teached love and ended up betraying New Genesis, he never became friends with Lightray and never became New Genesis' champion, so now, Solis, the pacifist without powers but potential, is given the Astro force and is turned into the champion of New Genesis, he should mentor The Forever People to stop Darkseid and Orion's plans to get the anti life equation, the point of this AU is showing a more tragic Lightray, he isn't the friendly optimistic god here, well, technically he still is but he's forced to supress that to become the champion of New Genesis

Gerry Conway, writer of the Return of the New Gods and JLA/JSA Apokolips Now, has passed away, his run wasn't all that good, but it has its charm, I hope that Jeezebelle appears in the post hiatus Ram V Gods as an homage to him, his morning cartoon New Gods were fun to read, and I absolutely loved Apokolips Now, I consider it an amazing and wonderful story.

If you like, post your fav moments from his run to homage him

I'm a big fan of Fourth World and Starlin's work in Marvel (I don't like his work in DC), Dtarlin is a big Fourth World fan (Even if I don't like his interpretation, I still think he loves those characters), so, Thanos is confirmed to be both inspired by Metron and Darkseid, and Thanos took more of that rol during the events of the Warlock comics, an arc about a cult that manipulate the masses, during those events, two characters are introduced, Gamora and Pip the troll, Gamora is a dangerous femme fatale, strong and a servant of the main villain who betrays him, she's the love interest of Warlock, rude and aggressive, specially during comics like Infinity Watch, she's trained and during Annihilation (Comics by Keith Giffen, a big fan of Fourth World) she even got her own Female Furies, the graces, so, I'm really sure Gamora is mainly based on Big Barda, as she was introduced pre an issue too similar to the Lump events (I'm gonna talk about it later), then there is Pip and Oberon, both old and kinda of a jerk dwarfs, both are the best friend of the hero, their main support, and both acts sometimes like managers to the heroes, they're both SOMETIMES annoying, but the main characters still consider them their best friends, and now, we're going to the issues "The Madness Monster" and "The Battle of the ID", Madness Monster is part of the Magus saga, saga where both Gam and Pip were introduced, this issue is about Adam being trapped in a mind world, based on him being tortured, with a creature without form, until he can escape, this premise is exactly what the events with the Lump are about, so...

What do you think of my theory?
