My passenger side headlight on my 84’ won’t come up and the motor is left perpetually spinning. Is this a sign for a rebuild and if so does anyone have any idea where I can get a new kit?

Wasn’t really sure where to go for this but i’m trying to make this album cover a 24x36 poster and i’m trying to print the picture through walmart. However, the picture won’t stretch the whole landscape and has those black borders on the top and bottom. How can I make the picture cover the entire poster?
