During the tournament for the throne we only know the first two since the third didn't take place. The council said they were going to make it skewed in rella's favor meaning something she's good at that neither Louis or the protagonist have shown ability in.

Given that rella is probably the best healer in the kingdom it would likely revolve around that, maybe something like curing a disease.
