Best email signature management tools for software company with fast growing headcount.

We’re around 100 employees now, and keeping email signatures consistent across Outlook and Gmail has become more difficult than expected. different teams are using different versions, some details are outdated, and keeping branding, pronouns, legal text, and campaign links updated manually is becoming a regular chore.

I’m looking for a better way to manage this centrally so changes can be rolled out without having to update everyone’s signature individually.
Anyone here using a central email signature manager that doesnt suck to manage or break every other week? would love any tips or names to check out, thx

What's everyone using for turning threat intel reports into deployed detection rules in 2026?

Most threat intelligence teams still receive threat intel as long‑form PDF reports, blog posts, or vendor write‑ups, sometimes with a STIX bundle or CSV of IOCs attached.

The analysis is useful, but security teams still need a reliable way to turn those reports into detection rules in their SIEM and EDR platforms.

In many environments the workflow is still manual. A threat intel analyst reads each report, extracts TTPs and IOCs, maps them to MITRE ATT&CK techniques, and creates a ticket or task.

Detection engineers then write Sigma, SPL, KQL, or an equivalent query language, test the detection against internal telemetry, tune for false positives, and only then deploy the rule into production.

This manual process causes a delay between receiving threat intelligence and having a production‑ready detection in place. While the team is extracting indicators, writing rules, and tuning alert thresholds, the underlying campaign or threat actor may still be active in the environment. Best platforms for scaling threat hunting campaigns right now?

Most security teams I know that take threat hunting seriously still center everything on their SIEM or XDR, then bolt other pieces around it instead of buying a “threat hunting platform” as a separate thing. The platform that matters tends to be the stack: whatever lets you query endpoint, identity and cloud logs fast enough to iterate on a hypothesis, enrich what you find, and then turn a good hunt into a repeatable pattern.

What I am trying to figure out is which stacks are actually helping people turn hunting from one off hero work into something that scales. If you run threat hunting as an ongoing program, not just the occasional “let’s go look for this IOCs list,” which combo has worked for you, just a tuned SIEM/XDR, SIEM plus a TIP, notebooks glued together with some homegrown hunt tracker, or a dedicated hunting product on top?
