trying to do some wiring for a light, would i be able to solder on a connector coming off the wire on the battery to connect to the light and then leave on the connector that comes with the battery for charging? I also have a switch that’s going in between the battery and light. battery is 12 V and so is the light. obviously id disconnect the connector going to the light and stuff before charging. I have all the basics like soldering iron and all the cables but just need to know if this is gonna explode or not lol

i want to wire this circuit for a 12v light setup for a light and wanted to combine 2 of these battery packs for more capacity since google thinks only one would be only 30mins of runtime with the light drawing 20w. the battery pack holds 8x AA batteries. it seems like abit of a janky setup but was the only thing i could think of for this setup. any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
