2012 Avalons Harsh Shifting
Just bought a 2012 Avalon with 168k miles. I have owned many Avalons before this, most of them
Being 3rd gens and one fourth gen hybrid. I feel like this one doesn’t shift so smoothly. I get some bucks and jerks and harsh shifts. Not every single time but maybe 50% of the time. Is this normal? Anybody else have this? If so, any solutions?
2012 Avalon with transaxle seep
How bad is this? Dealership says it’s a seep, not a leak. Should I not drive the car until I fix it? If so, how much is the repair on this. It doesn’t seem like the car shifts poorly. Lastly, when driving at high speeds and braking, the car shudders and vibrates. Is this related or something else? Thanks!
Transaxle seep on 2012 Avalon
I have a deep in my transaxle as described by the dealership. How bad is this and how costly will it be to fix this? How soon should I fix it? It’s a closed transmission so I can’t check fluid levels. Thanks!
