Any benefit to keeping a lower vsoc if I lower the fclk?

So I know that fclk prefers a lower vsoc, but does it also work the other way around? My fclk isn't stable at 2133 1.15v so I figure I should go back to 2000 fclk. Should I keep the vsoc the way it is?

First time memory tuning, posted here yesterday and took some advice from that. This is where I'm at now. Does anything look off, or is there anything I should push further?
