Hola, llevo dos años perdiendo peso desde que pesaba 98 kg, y estoy haciendo ejercicios de recomposición corporal con cardio y calistenia. He alcanzado un peso con el que me siento bien, pero no consigo eliminar la barriga. ¿Qué puedo hacer? ¿Bajar más peso? Peso 66 kg y mido 170 cm.
