The replacement box seemed more robust and with better inside protection against wall deformation.

I used the damaged bowl three times while waiting for the new one, and it was difficult to have maintain stable low temperature as lot of air and smoke was escaping by the sides of the bowl, so it was pretty difficult to control airflow. Also the handle got already a little bit rust as it got chipped out some paint by the damage.

But It was amazing to see how easy to clean is the inside of the bowl with just some normal kitchen soap and a sponge, the paint ends looking like clean crystal after only that.

My plan for the damage bowl is gonna buy some round grills to fit there and use it as second grill for direct fire cooking.

The metal handle were you have to screw the plastic thing on the lower part of the egg its also bent. Does the lid really fit so bad on the lower egg? Pretty sad to see this after being waiting more than a week for it.
