[For Hire] Virtual Assistant Ready to Support & Grow With Your Business

Hi! I’m a Philippines-based Virtual Assistant with nearly 2 years of remote work experience, supporting businesses with day-to-day administrative, social media, customer communication, and online tasks.

I can help with:
• Social media management & content scheduling
• Canva graphics & basic content creation
• Administrative tasks & data entry
• Online research
• Lead generation & outreach
• Email/inbox organization
• Scheduling & calendar management
• General virtual assistance

A few examples of work I’ve handled:
• For a residential cleaning business, I created branded Canva graphics, wrote captions and CTAs, researched content ideas, and organized and scheduled social media content.
• I’ve researched potential leads, organized their information in spreadsheets, and supported outreach and follow-ups.
• I’ve also handled customer conversations through live chat, answered inquiries, helped resolve concerns, and kept information organized for easier follow-up.

I’m the type of person who enjoys getting things organized, figuring out how things work, and making the little tasks easier to manage. I’m also comfortable learning new tools, adapting to different workflows, and taking on responsibilities outside of what I already know.

I’m especially interested in expanding my experience into other areas of virtual assistance, such as e-commerce support (Shopify, product listings, and order management), CRM management, email marketing, project management, basic website management, and other business operations.
I’m willing to learn new systems and would love the opportunity to grow alongside the business I support.

Right now, I’m looking to work with a business owner or small team that could use an extra set of hands behind the scenes. Whether you need ongoing support, help with a specific area, or someone willing to learn your systems and take tasks off your plate, I’m open to discussing what you need.

If you think I could be a good fit, feel free to send me a message. I’d be happy to share my resume and portfolio and learn more about what you’re working on! 😊

What should I watch next after SMTM 12?

I just finished watching SMTM 12 and I’m currently watching High School Rapper 3 (mostly because of Young Ji lol).

I’m kinda getting into these rap survival shows now and want to watch more!

Should I continue with another SMTM season? If so, which one would you recommend starting with? I’ve seen quite a lot of negative comments about S12, so I’m curious about how the older seasons compare.

I’m also open to other Korean hip-hop survival shows, so please drop your recommendations! I’d love to discover more rappers and performances. Thank you!!

i finally got my first ever direct client 🥹

after a month of applying, sending messages, getting ignored, getting rejected, and wondering if i was even good enough to get hired as a newbie VA… it finally happened: i landed my first direct client. 😭

no agency, no formal training, and no one walking me through the process. Just trial and error, Google, YouTube, and a lot of figuring things out as I went. 😂

When I saw the offer letter after all those applications, it felt SO unreal. I literally thought, “Wait… someone actually chose me?” 😭

I know one client might not sound like a huge achievement to everyone, but it means so much to me. This is something I really wanted, and I’m genuinely proud of myself for continuing even when I felt discouraged and unsure.

first client secured. 🥹🤍

To every beginner VA still applying, learning, and waiting for that first yes: please don’t give up. Your first opportunity may take time, but every application is helping you get closer. Keep showing up—you might be closer than you think.

I shot my shot despite NOT being advanced at video editing… and they actually invited me to interview

Okay guys, I need advice. Pleaaaaaseeee!!

I recently applied for a part-time social media/content role. The post specifically mentioned that video editing is a non-negotiable and that applicants should be comfortable with CapCut, Canva, and other editing tools.

The thing is… I’m not advanced at video editing.

My stronger experience is in social media management, content creation, content research, captions, Canva, engagement, etc. I’ve done some editing before, but it hasn’t really been a major part of my previous paid work.

But I was like, fuck it, shoot my shot na lang HAHAHA, so I applied anyway.

I already sent them my CV and portfolio, and somehow they invited me to an initial interview.
Now I’m kinda nervous because what if they ask technical questions about video editing or ask me to show samples? I don’t really have a video-editing sample in the portfolio I sent either.

Would you guys still push through with the interview? And if you’ve been in a similar situation, how would you handle the skill gap without exaggerating your experience?

I definitely don’t want to pretend I’m an expert. I just don’t want to reject myself before they even get the chance to decide if I’m a good fit. 😭

Any advice is appreciated!

Is ₱9.5k–₱10.8k/month for an 8-hour VA job actually insane or am I tripping?

WTF 😭 I just came across this OLJ posting and I had to double check the compensation because there’s no way.

They’re offering ₱9,500–₱10,800/month for:

8 hours a day
5 OR 6 days a week
Fully remote
Stable internet + laptop required
Accuracy and attendance incentives
Performance reviews every 30 days
“Opportunities” to move into senior roles

And apparently this is around $165–$185/month.
Like… am I being unreasonable or is this actually a massive lowball? 😭

Even if they provide training, that’s still basically full-time work for a salary that feels ridiculously low. I understand entry-level rates can be lower, but ₱10k for potentially 48 hours a week??
Would love to hear what other PH VAs think because maybe I’m missing something here

LF Chatter Agency | No Experience

Hi! I’m currently looking for a chatter agency that accepts applicants with no professional chatter experience. I have some knowledge about the role and workflow from friends who have experience in the industry, but I haven’t worked as a professional chatter yet.

I’m willing to learn, undergo training, and put in the effort to improve. I’m a fast learner and can start as soon as needed. 🇵🇭

Feel free to DM me if you’re hiring. Thank you! 🙏
