Heart tests?

What tests have you had done to rule out heart issues?? at this point I’ve had multiple EKG’s troponin blood draws lipid panels and echocardiogram and a stress test and everything looks good but for some reason, I cannot get over the fact that I feel like this is some issue with my heart and I’m having a heart attack.
My last EKG and bloodwork was done in April and I’m having a pretty bad flareup right now and I just cannot convince myself otherwise it’s sending me into a spiral. I have really bad acid reflux on top of all this and tender chest, tender shoulders, and back everywhere I press is tender and just like a heavy feeling in my arms.

Interpreting Zio Results

I have posted here previously worried about my QTC. I did a Zio patch but due to my very sensitive skin. I was only able to keep it on for eight hours.
27F. I recently had a Holter monitor that showed:
Sinus rhythm overall
Rare PACs
Two brief runs of SVT
Fastest SVT: 5 beats, 2.2 seconds, rate up to 167 bpm
No atrial fibrillation detected
No ventricular ectopy/PVCs
No pauses or AV block
The report specifically states “Atrial fibrillation: None found.”
My question is: Can very short runs of SVT like this sometimes actually represent brief AFib, or would AFib generally have been identified and reported separately on the monitor? Also, how clinically significant are 5-beat runs of SVT in an otherwise healthy 27-year-old?

I guess why this mostly concerns me is because I only had it on for eight hours and this was found and I’m wondering how often this is actually happening
I got the monitor because I’ve been having bouts of chest pain, shortness of breath. I do have severe anxiety and my chest is tender to touch so I mostly thought it was muscular but now I am very concerned.
Thank you.

BV that comes and goes during cycle?

I get BV depending on where I am in my cycle. I have tested this twice by getting swabbed and it being positive for BV choosing not to treat it and retest later in my cycle and it being negative. My doctor doesn’t recommend treating every time because at this point, I’d be on antibiotics monthly and so I’m just wondering if this happens to anybody else and what you do about it or if you do take antibiotics monthly I have the VH probiotics suppositories. I haven’t taken them yet. I’m hesitant and worried that it could cause yeast infection or something else and I’ll have to deal with and so I just wanted to get others opinions on if they deal with this.

UTI or contamination?

26F, 5’4, 150 lbs. No drugs, alcohol, or daily meds.

I’ve been really anxious about a possible UTI vs irritation/yeast infection and wanted opinions while I wait on my urine culture.

I recently had an HSV outbreak and also started using Monistat/clotrimazole for a suspected yeast infection. Around the same time I started having burning/stinging around urination, mostly near the urethra. The symptoms have kind of fluctuated sometimes worse, sometimes better which is making me even more confused.
I went to urgent care and attached my urine results. The provider prescribed antibiotics, but the results didn’t seem super convincing to me for a definite UTI. I also took an at-home UTI test afterward and it was negative. I’m also wondering if the urine sample could have been contaminated by the clotrimazole since it was difficult to fully clean the area with the small wipes they provided.

Does this sound more like:
irritation from yeast treatment/HSV outbreak
an early or mild UTI
contaminated urine sample
anxiety making me hyperfocus on symptoms
Would you personally wait for the culture before panicking if you were in this situation?

Obviously worried about about it spreading to my kidneys or turning into sepsis but also don’t want to take antibiotics if they’re not needed (I have health anxiety)

(Attaching urine results + home test)

Unable to keep zip patch on, anyone else?

I recently got a Zio patch, but it irritated by sensitive skin past the point of bearable and I had to take it off after eight hours. I plan to call my cardiology office next week and ask about options for something that might be suited better for sensitive skin has anybody had a similar experience? I am just disappointed in myself that I couldn’t keep it on longer, but I knew going into this so I had sensitive skin and they still wanted me to try the zio patch first.
If you did what helped or did they have an option for more sensitive skin?

Today’s experience anything else?

I got a regular breast exam today. The first one I’ve ever had. I wasn’t really worried. I personally haven’t really felt anything and when I was younger, there was one instance that I had a assist in my breast and I got a ultrasound on which they said it was assisted and that is the last time anything happened from that? I’m now 27 and got my first breast exam she said she saw something under my bra on the right, but also that she feels kind of the same thing on the left one my breast are pretty small and dense, but he said to follow up with her in a couple months to see if they feel the same and if they’ve changed at that point she’ll do imaging and now I’m just all stressed out has anyone had this experience?

Long QTC or no?

I’m looking for some reassurance/insight about my QTc results because I’ve become very anxious about sudden cardiac arrest and long QT syndrome.
Over the last couple years I’ve had multiple ECGs with QTc values ranging roughly from 447–482 ms. My raw QT intervals were mostly around 352–394 ms, and many of the ECGs were done while my heart rate was elevated (around 90–113 bpm). The QTc was likely calculated using Bazett.
My values:
482 ms (HR 113)
479 ms (HR 99)
459 ms (HR 90)
469 ms (HR 99)
466 ms (HR 101)
477 ms (HR 101)
472 ms (HR 93)
447 ms (HR 97)
468 ms (HR 85)
I’m terrified because I keep reading stories about people not knowing they had long QT until sudden cardiac arrest happened. Does this pattern look more consistent with borderline/probably overcorrected QTc from higher heart rates, or does this sound concerning for congenital long QT syndrome? I’d appreciate any opinions
