Hello Im 18 Years old ivebeen twitching since i was 16 i only got one emg in my right leg. It was all clear that was my first twitching spot and i got it a year in. As time goes on I realize some smaller muscles like my elbow ditch or my upper arm will twitch fast but i cant really feel them that well. But i see and its going nuts. Im scared it isnt bfs and i hope someone here can comfort me

About two monhs ago i posted ab myworry about nasal regurgation it hasnt happened again it was just i seen some dye of my food in the nose but didnt reoccur. I was told to say pataka in a glass and if it fogged it wasnt a good sign i di it two months ago it was ok but today i did it in morning and there was a spec of fog of the nostrils but nothing insane. I di this last week and had nothing so now im scared its beginning to progress

Just below the tricep in the ditch when i extend the arm i see the elbow ditch twitch but cant even feel it. Does anyone else get this?
I read on my tibial its 25.8 which is 10 above average and considered “Robust” not sure what that even means.. is it looking good or bad for me? im 18
