First timer, submitted two form 1’s on Monday for a FTN.5 PCC and FTN.6 Rifle for my gun trust via ATF eForm.
My understanding was wait times were 1-2 months but I just got notification this morning both were approved. Am I missing something or am I good to go?

Has anyone spoken to the local stores around Atlanta regarding plans for NFA related sales given the recent SilencerShop/GOA vs ATF ruling in Texas? My understanding is if the DOJ does not appeal by today, 8/12/26, then the ruling is applied nationwide.
Would love to pick up a suppressor or two and I have a gun trust if needed, but am curious to hear what the local shops around Atlanta are planning. I reached out to Pro2A, Stoddards, and Adventure Outdoors. Waiting to hear back.

I have not heard back from the specific stores I contacted but PSA put out a pretty clear guidance that I assume will extend to all plaintiffs covered in the lawsuit. Suppressors (not SBR or SBS yet) sold by PSA or dealer network (when sourced directly from PSA) are covered via form 4473 for in store transactions. They will start rolling out an online process imminently.

Gov. Kemp could theoretically spend some political capitol to call a special session of Congress and append those rules if he thinks there is support.
