We love hotel Xcaret family side for Bio, place is amazing for breakfast it’s crazy. I was just wondering if there’s other resorts (less expensive than Xcaret ) that can legitimately serve vegan/vegetarian options?

Currently gold member of the Westjet card (slight chance I’ll hit platinum as well this year and only this year and always be gold tier)

Live in a city where my options are Westjet for select Caribbean vacations with direct flights only. I can probably gain more points off the avion card but I’d lose my perks of free luggage for our family (4 free checked luggage each way always) But I swear WestJet point system it taking a dive as time goes on. We fly twice a year to Mexico for family vacation and just want to make the most of my spending on credit card for future rewards. Each year I can get a free return trip (pay the taxes and fees) And that’s about it. I feel like with spending 190K on the CC yearly I’m missing out on points accumulation for more free flights.

We do use our unlimited airport lounge access always when we come back from Cancun airport. But besides the free luggage and unlimited airport lounges access it’s what makes me wonder about switching cards. Avion does give better points, travel insurance and other stuff like that but doesn’t give free luggage.

Anyone else in similar situation?
