This is about the vivo x300 (base)

On the picture, you can see my measurement of bezels (micrscope + micrometer) +-0.01mm

You can see I measured 1.46 mm.

The exact thing is that:

This is exact measured at 90° (+-1°) from the frame.

Curved glass -> means that the bezel itself is physically longer

We could remove the slightly green/brown part (physical overhang) and still get 1.36mm (+-0.01mm)

On the site, the disclaimers are noted as:

"1. Actual product WEIGHT and DIMENSIONS may vary" bezels can be argued that they are dimensions too. However, "Bezel" itself is a noun naming directly at a physical component and doesn't strictly state that *the bezel's measurements* may vary.

"13. Data such as screen refresh rate, resolution, pixel density, and local peak brightness are all sourced from vivo laboratories" no mentions of bezels again

And the exact info is said

"Unibody 3D Glass Design 1.05mm Ultra Slim Symmetric Bezel Minimalist Design" without any disclaimers.

Vivo basically does not clearly state that bezels measurements may vary. (Arguable)

The wording is also unclear. Does "symmetric" mean on all 4 sides or on this one spot near the speaker where it might measure slightly lower...

Would need some clarifications...

Is this misleading marketing? I really wouldn't expect this from vivo... Especially knowing the fact this phone is amazing at everything

(including bezels, 1.46mm is thin)

Got this thing for ~350$ (~59,980¥)

Are vivo's measurements and marketing numbers accurate?
