I bought Kats white calcium? tabs for my snails and both won't touch it. I put part of a cuttlebone floating in the tank. Is that enough? (They also won't touch the common veggies people suggest. Love the algae tabs.
One of my mystery snails is about 6 months old and I got a second one about 4 weeks ago. I suddenly noticed lots of black poop in the tank. Would love to get a third one, but worried about the mess. How do you all handle that?
How hard is it to enter water at CTI island to swim or snorkel? Also, suggested places to sit. Going in early December ... very excited
Just checked prices for Jamaica and they are really exorbitant. I also saw prices for checked bags which are high as well. I was thinking of buying Suntan lotion (will need alot) and other heavier drugstore items when we land to eliminate the luggage fees. I know the prices are usually really high at the airport and resorts, but thinking I could buy enough suntan lotion, etc. instead of paying the luggage fees.
Big benefit....No dragging checked in luggage around and waiting for it when we land. Does anyone do that? Any other hints to traveling with carryon and personal items only appreciated.
We are staying in Jamaica the first week in December. I looked at airline prices this morning...Wow..Really high. I read that it is too early to look..Better August/September. Does anyone here agree or have any suggestions to get a lower price?
