The leaks of the first three episodes of TYBW cour 4 have REALLY upscaled Orihime and have debunked several misconceptions and fan assumptions of her in terms of powerscaling. She actively keeps up with Ichigo and SK Yhwach at all times and even fights SK Yhwach solo for a decent amount of time when Ichigo was knocked unconscious.

Here is basically what she does in that solo fight against Yhwach: (This is not the entire fight, only a large portion/section of it)

.Ichigo gets knocked out, forcing Orihime to fight Yhwach solo
.(details of the start of the fight are unknown and have not been leaked)
.Orihime gets beaten up and is ragdolled by Yhwach’s attacks and black goo, and is slammed into the ground
.Yhwach unleashes his spiritual energy to reiatsu crush Orihime, pinning her to the ground. She uses her own spiritual energy to briefly stand back up, struggling in the process, but falls back down to the ground
.Orihime then throws up her santen kesshun shield above her head, withstanding and rejecting Yhwach’s spiritual pressure as she forcibly stands up
.Orihime summons Tsubaki and infuses it with her barrier, creating a diamond shape barrier while simultaneously summoning Shuno and ayame to use soten kisshun to heal the unconscious Ichigo.
.Orihime aims the diamond shape barrier at Yhwach and blasts Tsubaki at him, using koten zanshun
.Yhwach shoots several of his darkness and black goo at Orihime, but she covers herself with shields and manages to reflect Yhwach’s attacks back at him with shiten koshun, impressing him and him praising her strength
.Orihime blasts all of her hairpins in this scene and uses all of her techniques. She uses santen kesshun to withstand and reject Yhwach’s spiritual pressure, soten kisshun to heal Ichigo, koten zanshun to fuse it into the santen kesshun which created a diamond shaped barrier and aimed it at Yhwach, blasting out Tsubaki and towards him which greatly increased its strength, and shiten koshun to reflect Yhwach’s attacks back at him
.(the rest of the fights details are unknown as leakers haven’t explicitly explained what they are, but Orihime eventually does get overwhelmed and Ichigo later steps in to help her)

The fact that she survives being beaten up by Yhwach, survives and withstands his Reiatsu crush while healing Ichigo, having an opportunity to attack and massively buffing Tsubaki by fusing him with her Santen Kesshun to create a diamond barrier which ignores his weak defence, and defending and actively reflecting back his attacks with shiten koshun which was enough for SK Yhwach to be impressed and praise her strength already debunks all these misconceptions showed in the title.

“Orihime doesn’t know how to fight” proved wrong by the fact that she was multitasking while fighting the strongest being in the verse and holding her own against him
“Zero offence” The new diamond barrier attack directly contradicts
“No battle IQ” The fact that she fused Tsubaki with her Santen Kesshun to remove his weakness already proves she has high battle iq
“Can’t defeat anyone in a fight” Shiten koshun and the diamond barrier attack beg to differ, especially if those attacks impressed Yhwach and made him praise Orihime’s strength
“Trash attack” Shiten Koshun literally reflects the force of your own attack back at you and Koten zanshun literally slices you in half and rejects you on a molecular level lol
“Trash endurance and raw durability” being ragdolled around and slammed into the ground by the strongest being in the verse, getting up and then directly withstanding his Reiatsu crush already proves this wrong

I don’t want to see anyone downplay GOAThime ever again, she fought SK Yhwach solo for a couple of minutes and for a decent amount of time, and held her own against him, case closed.
