I watched a video about ghost hominins aka bits of DNA that seem to divergent, archaic or "weird" to be from just homo sapiens or another hominid we have fossils of (like neanderthals and denisovans) but this gave me a question - how do we define a "human genome"? How do we determine the standard for a modern human with so much genetic diversity? And how do we tell it's not just a random mutation of our species but instead a leftover from mixing with another homo species?

I have a friend who claims they can't dream. Or at the very least can't remember them. It's not like they can't sleep or imagine things, just dreams. Any suggestions for spells that could aid with it?

I really only played like two rpg maker games with more gameplay than walking and simple puzzles. Balancing and planning out combat for a 3D game is easier to me - you can have the player actually move to dodge attacks, have enemies placed behind corners and exist outside of an isolated encounter. No idea how the combat should really feel, what the stats should be, what random encounters should be like... What are some games to get a Dark Souls/Skyrim player to understand JRPG gameplay better?
