CCS is meant to be set in late 90s, right? It makes no sense for Clear Card to have smartphones in the 2000s, when we didn't have smartphones until 2009. We didn't have camera drones until slightly later. So how does everyone have the technology much earlier in Clear Card, when it's meant to be set 2 years after the first series? Or are there plans for Funimation to redub and modernise the first series? It's so silly at the moment.

The artstyle is so soft and so much cleaner. The shading is gorgeous too, alongside the lighting and bloom. It gives off a much softer vibe. Definitely a huge change from the first series.

I also already have a new favourite character so far, Akiho Shinomoto. I hope I enjoy Clear Card a lot. So far, I definitely am.

His accent in the Animax Asia dub is not English (I guess Animax Asia didn't have an English VA for him). Secondly, the surname is not English. Would've been believable if the surname was English and if the accent was one of the many English accents.

Especially the flute part of the theme. It just makes my ears happy. It's such a great theme. There's many Mahou Shoujos that have great music, like Sailor Moon's music is so amazing, but my god, CCS's music makes me so happy and I love it. The fact that the CCS OST wasn't used in the Nelvana dub is crazy though, because the CCS OST is so amazing!!!

As someone who has watched the Nelvana Dub before, it's a little charring to hear the high pitched voicing of many characters, especially of Yukito. Yukito is meant to be a college student, yet sounds like he's not hit puberty, compared to Toya. And I feel like Sakura sounds a bit too high pitched.

Do you think CardCaptor Sakura should get a redubbing where the issues of the two dubs are solved? You know, removal of censorship from the Nelvana dub but also have new VAs that don't overdo the pitching of the voices. Heck, even just getting Viz Media to do the redubbing would be a great idea. Viz Media did the redubbing of Sailor Moon quite well, and I think they could do an amazing job at redubbing CardCaptor Sakura.

Just a simple question, since I've watched the Viz Media dub but still haven't watched the Subbed yet. Would you say that the Viz Media dub is 99.9% accurate to the Japanese sub?

It's impedance of investigation when you speculate on an active investigation, yet the far right continues to speculate instead of letting the police, the prosecution and the defence do their jobs. For all we know, the suspect isn't even the right suspect. So like, can the far right just please fuck off and let the CPS do their job?

If they're so mad at Labour cracking down on overseas donations and calling this "corruption" when there's actual corrupt things Labour does, it goes to show that they just want corruption at the core of the UK. I'm sorry but why were overseas donations even allowed in the first place? Like, why are foreigners causing impact on our voting system and affecting who leads our country? Foreigners who do not even live in this godforsaken country should not be allowed influence our politics. This is why I'm in full support of this new legislation. Obviously Reform are angry about it because they get their donations from the likes of Harborne, Putin, Musk, etc. Richard Tice doesn't even live here, he lives in Dubai, for fucks' sake.

We've had Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, who are Scottish btw, and they didn't end the divide. How can we be sure that Burnham will? Burnham likes to call himself the King of the North and likes to claim he will end the North/South divide, but Blair and Brown also claimed they would end the divide. But did they? No. So how can we trust Burnham to actually end the divide?

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Cllr Lamb. Cllr Mirosanu, and Cllr Hills, is a friend of mine and I can't believe the way Lamb spoke to them. Let's hope he loses his seat in 2028, the patronising idiot he is. Conservatives have no place in politics when they're being patronising to women. To brilliant women at that.
