IWTYO when I learned that having leg hairs feels like static electricity all the time

AFAB who grew out my leg hair the last few weeks for the first time since I was probably 12.

Was walking up the driveway a few days ago and felt the strangest sensation on my legs, like spiderwebs on both sides. Realized it was my leg hair moving in the wind. Weird but not unpleasant.

Today it must have reached a new level of long, because as I walk around the house it feels like there is static electricity on my legs all day! It’s similar to when a staticky shirt moves my arm hair in the winter, but this is just the air moving past my legs as I walk.

It’s so weird!! I have never heard anyone talk about how leg hair feels!! Do you all go around like this all day? Will I have to shave it to get rid of the sensation or does it fade?

Canvas work glove recs?

I’m a new gardener looking for cotton canvas work gloves.

I get pretty sweaty and prefer a low-tox lifestyle so am looking for 100% cotton canvas.

The only ones I’m finding are on sketchy sites.

Anyone have a recommendation? Thanks in advance!

Just moved to the area in the fall from NYC.

I keep seeing you fellow KN95-wearers out and about at the grocery store and Trader Joe’s and I want to meet you!
