My legs jerk constantly everytime I lie down

Almost every time I lie down my legs jerk every few seconds. This can go on for hours. Some nights it's not so bad and I can sleep but sometimes it's pretty violent. I also have Fibromyalgia and can get really bad leg pain so I need to lie down a lot. I've tried distraction techniques or moving other parts of my body and that will work temporarily as long as I'm concentrating on it. I've tried everything I can think of to stop it. Sitting up works but I physically can not sleep sitting up. Trust me I've tried. If anyone has any tricks or meds that have worked for them, please let me know.

I usually order from Grub Hub but there was a good deal on pizza in Uber Eats. I didn't receive any notifications (I checked and I have them on) no description of the driver, no tracking that I could tell. I put to leave the food outside the door and ring the Ring doorbell. After no updates or hearing the Ring or any notifications from Ring I checked outside and the food was there. I ran back my footage and one hour the food isn't there and the next it is. No motion detected, no person detected no car detected. Unless they parked farther away and came from the side and placed the food over the porch railing I have no idea how this happened. Of course my food is cold but the mystery remains. Uber says to contact the driver but I don't have any information on them and as far as I can tell you can't contact them after delivery. I was given $2 credit because there were no toppings on my pizza. Still I would really like to know wtf happened. I used the regular Uber app so idk if that made a difference.

Hey everyone I took my first dose of 50mg last night. I have been putting it off because I'm tapering off Gabapentin but I'm finally low enough (200mg) to feel like it's time.

But wow. I'm just so tired and feel blitzed. I can barely get out of bed and I just feel super high. This has happened several times with other antidepressants and after a full week of being high all the time I start to lose it and quit. I'm wondering if I should try 25mg and see if I'm functional. Does anyone else feel like this and did it get better.

Update: I contacted both the delivery people and Home Chef and both followed up and were very apologetic. Nothing got damaged so everything is good!

Checked my Ring and the delivery person threw my box onto the porch from the walkway and I watched it roll. It's 3 steps up to place it on the porch. The delivery service always sends a "how did we do" text and I rated them a 1 but got no response. Seriously I know it's got padding but if I'm paying for food delivery, even in a padded box, I don't want to see it thrown around. I've contacted customer service and am waiting for a response. I hope they don't do that when they load these things but I wouldn't be surprised.
