Hey all. Have any of you had hip problems after spinal fusion? Ive got a new pain.
I am 43 and generally healthy. Not super into exercise but I get around 8000 steps a day and I am healthy. Never sick, no medication, average weight. Ive had so many problems with my spine and I just dont understand why. Ive had 4 surgeries on my lower back and it doesnt hurt anymore but Im now having horrible neck pain and scans say I have moderate OA. Why? I just dont understand why this happening.
I've been playing for almost 10 years now and love the game. We've been through some great and terrible updates and after the biome progression updates I started experimenting with settings and now I prefer to play with no hoard night. It just feels a bit like a chore and I hate that damage to your base is unavoidable.
Curious if anyone else feels the same?
